Johanna Lehesvuori – soprano (b. 1980, Kälviä, Finland)
is one of the most expressive coloratura sopranos of her generation. She will graduate with her Master's Degree in classical singing from the Royal College of Music in Stockholm in Spring 2015. However, as an established soloist, she has performed in several opera productions since 2006. Her performance career also includes musical theatre, Lied concerts and church recitals (i.e. numerous solo concerts, and guest soloist with several choirs and orchestras). Johanna also works as a freelance musician and as a sought-after vocal training instructor. Additionally, she has worked as a concert producer at several occasions.
Helsingin sanomat (The Helsinki Daily) calls her performance of Carolina in Cimarosa; Il matrimonio segreto as a "fresh and beautiful lyric soprano, combined with advanced technical skills."
